Berlin Mark Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was amazing, just a five-minute walk from the train station. Our room, number 520, was clean, modern, and cozy. We loved the juliet balcony overlooking the Main Street, it was a great spot to relax. The bathroom had a powerful shower and everything was spotless. There was even a fridge in the room with snacks and drinks. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but there were plenty of great places to eat right outside the hotel. we would definitely recommend this hotel for its value and convenient location.

Convenient location near sightseeing buses, HardRock Cafe, and restaurants. Close to Ku'damm and Berlin Zoo station. Helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room with good shower and minibar. Nearby supermarket and public garage for private car.

Old-fashioned place with accommodating staff and good food. Nice restaurant and very good service.

I absolutely loved the fantastic access to transportation that this hotel offered. It was very close to both U and S stations, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the location was right in the center, which made it easy to reach all the popular attractions.

The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by a vibrant shopping area with plenty of restaurants nearby. It is also conveniently close to the zoological u-bahn station. it is within walking distance of many attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

Multiple reviews mentioned issues with the cleaning service entering the room without knocking, which is a breach of privacy. This lack of professionalism is a significant drawback to an otherwise decent stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location is fantastic, in a very clean neighbourhood with many great restaurants to choose from and a vibrant area with Hard Rock Cafe just around the corner. The service was exceptional, with six different receptionists always available at the desk to help with anything I needed. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and free wi-fi. The bathroom was also very nice and came with bathrobes, slippers, and high-quality toiletries. The bar and lounge area were perfect places to relax after a long day of exploring the city, and the staff was always friendly and accommodating.

This place is perfect for families who are looking for a great place to stay while visiting the city.
